Are the theme files and downloads legal?

Yes, all themes, plugins, and WooCommerce extensions that are distributed in our repository are 100% open-source with the GNU GPL.

What is GPL?

GPL means General Public License. WordPress is open-source software released under GNU General Public License (GPL). It was created by forking another GPL-licensed project; in fact, almost all the top plugin, theme, add-on, and extension developers follow the GPL. We provide files that are fully licensed under the GPL, just like WordPress.

Are these genuine products?

Yes, 100%. We have active subscriptions to all the authors of the products featured on our website. We download from them and redistribute to you. The downloads are not altered in any way.

Are you the developer of these files?

We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way related to third-party developers, including WordPress, WooCommerce, WooThemes, GravityForms, etc.

How many sites can I use the plugin or theme on?

As many as you like. The plugins and themes are GPL-licenced, so you can use them as often as you like on however many sites you choose. Got a friend who’s building a site? Share our plugins and themes with them. Seriously, there are no catches.

How can you offer the products at such low prices?

All WordPress projects (such as plugins and themes) are licensed under the General Public License (GPL). This means that once we have purchased the project, we are free to redistribute it if we choose to do so. Your purchase spend on our site will be used to maintain and purchase a subscription to the template or plugin. This form of crowdfunding helps keep prices low so we can pass this benefit on to you.

Do you offer technical support for themes, plugins, and WooCommerce extensions?

Due to the nature of our repository, we do not offer any support or technical support for themes, plugins, or WooCommerce extensions. If you require technical assistance for these tools, then we suggest that you purchase a license to use the original developer or vendor.

Do we provide license keys?

We do not provide, rent, distribute or resell license keys. All products available on this site are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) and no license key is required to use them in your project. Some plugins and themes may require an additional license key to unlock more features, but this is not required and can be purchased from their authors if you need it.

Why are these plugins and/or themes asking me for a license key?

Simply ignore these requests. The developer includes these requests so that the plugin or theme can be automatically updated and so that you can sign up for support. There is no need to enter anything into the box, the project itself works just fine. You can of course choose to go to the plugin author and purchase them, these are non-required.

How can I hide license reminders or usage keys?

You might consider using a plugin such as “WP Hide Plugin Updates and Warnings” to hide license activation reminders. This free plugin is widely used in the WordPress community. Be sure to review the official documentation for additional details!

Can I get a refund?

Yes, you can request a refund if you have not yet downloaded a product. Once you have downloaded any product, due to the digital nature of the product, no refunds will be issued.
